At Cigar and Bourbon Events, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.


  1. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

  2. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at or 800-971-8293 to notify us of a return.

  3. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, and must be in unused condition.


The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods, including food and beverages.


Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
